Subscription fees for EdTech ERP are non-refundable once paid. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for specific circumstances, such as technical issues or failure to deliver promised services.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with details of your issue. We will review your request and respond accordingly.
Approved refunds will be processed within a 12 working days using the Cheque Method.
